Brasserie Colette was created by star chef Tim Raue. Since its opening in December 2015, it has evolved into a culinary hotspot of trendy Glockenbachviertel.
The concept unites the classical style of a French brasserie with his very special modern twist presenting culinary highlights such as Prawn Marocain with lychee and rose or goat’s cheese gnocchi with goat cheese, lavender & figs. The stylish and perfectly coordinated interior is a continuation of the culinary approach and creates a contemporary and relaxing ambience.
The wine list left nothing to be desired. Besides products from all important regions of France, there are also wines from Jochen Dreissigacker and Markus Schneider – two German winemakers that have been working with Tim Raue for years.
